It is our mission to create, maintain and grow an environment where people of all ages, ethnicities and religious backgrounds will not only be free to explore and create a deeper relationship with God and their fellow human beings, but also prosper in their spiritual journey by eliminating the distractions and snares of our modern world. Just as Elijah found God in the “thin silence” or “still small voice” on Mt. Horeb, WWCC provides that Horeb-like experience in which we may see Him more clearly, love Him and his children more fully and appreciate His creation with greater reverence.

The Weeki Wachee Christian Camp is a practical tool that may be employed by a wide range of groups to build, grow an nourish ministry among youths, seniors and everyone in between. Its idyllic scenery, convenient location and large facility make it a perfect place to minister to a diverse community in a distraction free environment. Ministries that have used the camp include:
- Youth ministries – youth retreats, recharges, prom and homecoming alternatives, and weeks of camp
- Intervention groups – help men and women overcoming addictions
