Reservations may be made online below or by calling the camp caretaker at (352) 596-2326
- All guests must adhere to WWCC Facility Use Agreement found below
- Reservations are not complete until a deposit is receipted by our camp caretaker
- Payment for the balance of your booking is due upon arrival
- You must be at least 21 years old to make a reservation (Verified at check-in)
Prices are plus Sales Tax 6.5% and Tourist Tax 5% Total 11.5%, unless noted or you can provide a Tax Exempt Certificate copy.
Individuals and Families:
- River Day Pass $25 per car Each car must have a valid day pass showing on dash
- Family Cabins $70 per night, $50 deposit (Family Cabins have bathrooms, beds (single & bunk), A/C & heat, refrigerator, stove & microwave)
- RV Sites $35 per night 50 amp/$30 per night 30 amp, $35 deposit – 2 cars – additional cars $25. 4 people
- Tent Camping $25 per night/tent, $25 deposit – 2 cars – additional cars $25. 4 people
- Pavilion Rental $40 per day, $50 deposit – 4 available, please specify with caretaker
Organizations:
- Family Cabins $70 per night, $50 deposit (Family Cabins have bathrooms, beds (single & bunk), A/C & heat, refrigerator, stove & microwave)
- Group Cabins $70 per night, $50 deposit (Group Cabins have 8 bunk beds (16 campers), A/C & heat, bath house restrooms close by)
- Dining Hall Rental $100 per day/night, Plus $25 per car, $100 deposit (Dining Hall has Tables & Chairs for 150, Pews, Ceiling fans, Sound System)
- Kitchen Rental $150 per day/night, $100 deposit (Walk-in cooler, 2 freezers, 2 ovens, 8-burner stove, steamer, warmer, large sinks, serving counter)
- Full Camp Rental $900 per day, 10% deposit
One-time Cleaning Charges are optional. If you do NOT select Cleaning Charges, then your group is responsible for all cleaning.
- $40 – Per Cabin or camp site minimum
- $50 – Per Bath House minimum
- $100 – Each – Kitchen or Dining Hall minimum
Key Deposit: $50 – For each key loaned out returnable upon key return/successful checkout.
Security Deposit: A Security Deposit of $25 for tent and RV sites, $50 for cabins and $100 for Dining Hall and Kitchen or 10% of the Estimated Event Total, whichever is larger, will be held until after all facilities have been inspected by WWCC staff.
Refund: All refunds are made online, no cash refunds are possible. Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of departure. In case you have made an excess payment, it will be refunded along with the security deposit. Your security deposit is fully refundable subject to: Clearance of payment and no damages found by Camp Staff.
Cancellation & Forfeiture: The Security Deposit will NOT be refunded if the GROUP cancels their reservation within 30 days of the event start (check-in) date.
The camp is not a designated swimming area per the state of Florida. The camp is not responsible for injuries or death incurred while using these facilities. Each person or group must secure their own insurance. The injured person’s insurance will be responsible for all cost incurred.
