GENERAL CAMP RULES

  • Cabin counselors must be obeyed at all times to ensure the safety and well-being of each camper.
  • Campers are not permitted to leave the camp property at any time without permission from a Camp Director.
  • Campers are not permitted to call home (unless sick). Campers are not allowed to bring or have cell phones.
  • Non-campers will not be permitted on the camp grounds unless approved by a Camp Director.
  • ALL PERSONS at camp will be expected to conduct themselves in a Christ like manner at all times. IF YOU DO NOT PLAN TO OBEY THE CAMP RULES, DO NOT PLAN TO COME!

APPAREL INFORMATION

  • During camp there will be many activities going on so keep this in mind when selecting the clothes to bring. Clothes out of “The Box” will be provided for those who do not bring modest clothes.
  • ALL CAMPERS must wear shoes, sandals or tennis shoes at ALL times. Campers may wear jeans, capri’s, or shorts. (Shorts should be knee length) No short-shorts, running shorts, skin tight pants, low collars, mini-skirts, halter tops, tube tops, or even slightly bare midriffs of any kind will be allowed. No tank tops under any circumstances. Leggings may be worn with a knee length shirt or dress. Shirts are required for all camp activities, including swimming.
  • Separate swimming periods for boys and girls will be scheduled. The swimming dress code is as follows:
    • GIRLS: Board shorts or capri’s with rash guard or t-shirts (dark color). One-piece swimsuits are allowed as long as they are worn underneath shorts and shirts. Shorts and shirts must be left on during swim time.
    • BOYS: Shorts and rash guard or t-shirt (dark color). Shirts must be worn during swim time.
  • Modesty in clothing will be enforced.

WHAT TO BRING – The camp cannot be responsible for lost or damaged articles.

  • BIBLE (Non-Electronic)
  • Bedding for twin size mattresses
  • Clothes for 2 days plus some spare clothes
  • Laundry bag or plastic bag for dirty clothes
  • Raincoat, Bug Spray
  • Towels, Washcloth, Soap, Toothbrush & Paste
  • OPTIONAL: Flashlight, Camera, rainy day games.
  • Write the camper’s name on the inside of everything you bring to camp, including towels and underwear.
  • If a sleeping bag is brought, you must bring a sheet to put over the mattress so the sleeping bag will not slide off the bunk. Any sleeping bag without a sheet must be used on the lower bunk.

WHAT NOT TO BRING

  • Money
  • Electronic devices (cell phones, iPods, MP3 Players, etc.)
  • Knives, Guns, or Weapons of ANY kind
  • Cigarettes, tobacco or drugs of any kind other than medication not prescribed by a Doctor
  • Fireworks of ANY kind
  • Fishing Equipment

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT INFORMATION

  • Campers may check in no sooner than 6 pm Friday. Any campers arriving before this time must have adult supervision until 6 pm.
  • After complete ground clean-up, departure will be at Noon, Sunday. All campers must be signed out before leaving.

CABIN ASSIGNMENTS

  • Final cabin assignments will be made by the Director. Campers may request the same cabin, but this request must be made in advance. We will do our best to accommodate this request if received in advance. Thanks for your understanding, there is only so much room in each cabin. Everyone can not stay in the same cabin.
